Precipitation Sensor

Checking the Settings (aRU)

With this command you can check the current precipitation sensor

settings.

Command format in ASCII and NMEA 0183: aRU<cr><lf>

Command format in SDI-12: aXRU!

The response in ASCII and NMEA 0183:

aRU,R=[R],I=[I],U=[U],S=[S],M=[M],Z=[Z],X=[X],Y=[Y]<cr>

The response in SDI-12:

aXRU,R=[R],I=[I],U=[U],S=[S],M=[M],Z=[Z],X=[X],Y=[Y]<cr>

where [R][I][U][S][M][Z][X][Y] are the setting fields, see the

following section.

Example (ASCII and NMEA 0183, device address 0):

Example (SDI-12, device address 0):

where

a = Device address

RU = Precipitation sensor settings command in ASCII and

NMEA 0183

XRU = Precipitation sensor settings command in SDI-12

<cr><lf> = Command terminator in ASCII and NMEA 0183

! = Command terminator in SDI-12
