Table 17 on page 169. A maximum of six characters can be used

for one data item.

Example 1:

Configure the report as follows to compress the measured air pressure

value using the pseudo-binary format:

1. Leave the Signed value option unselected as the air pressure

values are always positive.

2. Enter 10 as the Multiplier in order to include one decimal in the

compressed data.

3. Use Table 17 on page 169 as reference when entering the field

width value. In this case, enter 3 as the highest possible data value

is 11000. The greatest possible air pressure value is 1100 hPa and

one decimal should be included.
