Humidity Calibration
NIST traceable calibrations. Standard calibrations consist
of four points with adjustments at 0% and 75.5% and linear-
ity checked at 11.3% and 33 %RH, (97.6 %RH optional).
Two-pressure generator enables special NIST traceable
calibrations:

Warranty Repair of Vaisala Instruments
For warranty repairs, no authorization from the customer
is needed. Vaisala guarantees a one week turnaround from
the date the instrument(s) are received.
Non-Warranty Repair of Vaisala Instruments
For non-warranty repairs, you will be notied of the
repair charge within one week of the lab receiving the
instrument(s). Vaisala guarantees a one week turnaround
from the authorization date.
Express Service
Two-day guaranteed turnaround service is available for
a nominal fee. When obtaining an RMA number please
inform the Customer Service Representative if this service
is desired.
Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts are available on an individual basis.

Returning for Service
For service, call Vaisala’s customer service department at
1-800-408-9454.
A Customer Service Representatives will assign an RMA
(Return Material Authorization) number for returning
the Vaisala instrument for recalibration or repair. Please
reference this RMA number on all paperwork, and
write it on the outside of the return package.
